2.     Products

2.1.   All of our products have passed the quality control.

2.2.   All of the product images are taken by us. The images shown on the website may slightly differ from the actual products due to the lighting or display settings.

2.3.   Please stop using the products if allergic symptoms occurred.

2.4.   The sizes of carpets will have ±5% of difference. This does not affect the durability or life expectancy of the carpet and does not amount to a quality defect.

2.5.   The logo of the carpets may have printing deviations, which does not amount to a quality defect. 

2.6.   All carpets cannot be folded or exposed to high temperatures for a long period to avoid any damages.

2.7.   All carpets should not be washed together with other mat types. Washing temperature for emcoIMAGE mats: max. 60°C. In general, anionic detergents without optical brighteners should be used. Non-alkaline detergents should be used for logo mats. A drying temperature of between 65°C and 80°C for around seven minutes is ideal. Then dry for another seven minutes at a lower temperature (approximately 30°C to 40°C).

2.8.   If goods need to be manufactured, processed or treated, the purchaser shall be required to make good any damage that is caused because such contractually agreed processing or treatment of the goods, carried out on the basis of the purchaser’s specification, is shown to be a breach of patent, copyright, trademark or other property rights of a third party. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order you place for any reason.

3.     Delivery

3.1.   The purchaser shall bear responsibility for the accuracy of the order. Once the order is placed, it could not be edited or canceled.

3.2.   Both ‘Local pick-up’ and ‘SF Express’ are provided for the delivery.

3.3.   If ‘Local pick-up’ are chosen, you may pick-up your products once you are notified. For further details on the address and office hours, please refer to http://emco-novus.com/contact-us/find-us/.

3.4.   If ‘SF Express’ are chosen, please refer to the official website of SF Express for the details and fee of delivery. In no case shall we responsible for the delivery provided by SF Express.

3.5.   Once the products are shipped, the waybill number would be sent to you for tracking and tracing.

3.6.   The delivery dates or delivery periods stated in the order acknowledgment indicate the earliest possible delivery time and are without obligation.

3.7.   The risk of goods becoming damaged or lost shall pass to the purchaser as soon as the goods have left the supplier’s office.

3.8.   Once the products are shipped, you could not change the order details including the way of delivery and combining the orders. If you wish to change the order details, please contact us before the products are shipped.

6.1.   In no event shall we or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. 

6.2.   The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in HKD and are valid and effective only in Hong Kong. Prices exclude delivery costs.

6.3.   Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.

6.4.   You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
